We pride ourselves on doing whatever it takes to keep you comfortable during a remodel, from dust protection, to temporary lighting and facilities…But living through a remodel can drain a person quickly….We make recommendations on a project basis, but understand the budget doesn’t always allow for a move out.

Were in a day in age where unfortunately everything is so expensive, trust us…Our goal is not to be expensive…but we have learned that doing things the RIGHT WAY isn’t cheap. A healthy project budget makes for a smooth project and keeps us in business to fulfill a full warranty on our work.

It really depends on the project, a good contractor has an outlined draw schedule in their proposal/contract so there are no surprises down the road…We typically base ours off project milestones and never ask for more than 10% as a deposit.
